Academic stage
When the topic of high school comes up, most people automatically think about the classic Cheerleader and jock. Some even think about the nerd who was in the band and asked for homework on the weekends. For some people high school is a totally different arena. For me, my goal for high school was just to finish and get that diploma in the grasp of my hands. I come from two parents who did not graduate nor did they finish high school. So I had a lot on my plate. Freshman year all the way up to senior year was challenge. The school that I went to had secondary education plans and teachers, so most of us had to make that situation work for us the best way that we could. when senior year came around, I was on the ball. I had nothing to worry about. On June 13 2010, I received my diploma and I had a grade point average of 3.4. Many people helped me get there, and I will never forget them. Those were the main events of my academic stage.

VeEsther I was reading your blog and I can relate to a few of the points you made but I am just going to touch on one. My mother and father did not get a chance to walk across the stage with there peers either, but for some reason my situation was different I did not make that be my motivation instead I felt as if school was not important and slacked off in anyway that I could not truly thinking about my future. Although later i got it together,I want to take this time to tip my hat to you for letting your parents misfortune be your motivation......
