What does a job mean to most people? to be truthfully honest, it means nothing more than a unwanted position that they have to keep in order to receive a salary. It is nothing more than the money that the person may need. I have never held a real job title, but there are many titles that I have had to take on in the past that I absolutely hated. These titles include working as a volunteer for a 3rd grade class, volunteering at a home for elderly people, and babysitting for certain people. Even though all of these things were not things that I wanted to end up doing, they still helped shape me into the person I am today. All of these jobs include huge responsibilities, but the job that had the most was when I baby sat for other people’s children. You have to keep your eyes open all of the time. Just you being there is a responsibility, because young children are very adamantine.
I can relate to your post because some of the job paying jobs that I have held, they were just going me by I wasn't necessarily happy at them jobs but I did value the experience. I have also done volunteer work and was very rewarding because I was doing something possessive with my time and not just chasing a pay check
ReplyDeleteI have worked in an elderly home. I can't really say i liked it because I changed diapers and fed them. I always had a weak stomach working with them but they were very friendly.
