Communities have been one of the most important elements of anybody’s wellbeing. When you think of a community, what comes to mind? Most people think of a close tight nit second family that has each other’s back through thick and thin. These are all examples of what a community is supposed to be. My community is the church. I have grown up in that community since birth. Unlike most communities, the church community is a place where anybody can join. Regardless of race, creed, or gender. Interaction is one of the best things to consider when coming to this community. When we all connect together, wonderful things start to happen. Everybody that is part of this community will benefit from everything. Because this community is so tight and close, sometimes problems will come up. Whether it is a disagreement or a misunderstanding. Just like any other group, people will not always get along. It is natural to not always agree on everything, confrontations might even come up. But at the end of the day everybody forgets about everything and gets along. Even though there are a lot of things that come up, I still enjoy it. I love the fact that people can come from all around and receive the love that they need. I also love how nobody will get judged. The church community is a great thing all around.
I find it interesting that you chose to write about this community. It is evident that it is one that you enjoy being a part of. Maybe that is way you view of this community can some time come off as slanted. You site many concepts that you consider to be unequivocal truths. If you make the effort to branch out side of your box you will find these things to be not as self evident as you may have initially thought. Consider branching out a bit it will greatly improve your perception of thing specifically ideas about community. Communities that exist cohesively with out conflict do exist they just might be harder to find.
